For our team here at LPC, being recognised among businesses from across County Louth is something we are incredibly proud of.
Based in Ardee, Co. Louth, Leinster Property Consultants has grown significantly over the years, expanding the range of property services we provide and the areas we serve. Through that growth, however, the way we approach our work has remained the same: doing things properly, providing a personal service, and treating every client the way we would want to be treated ourselves.

The Louth Business Awards celebrate businesses and organisations making a contribution to the economic and community life of County Louth, recognising areas including growth, achievement, innovation, and excellence.
To be selected as a finalist in the Best Established Micro/Small Business category is therefore a particularly meaningful achievement for LPC.
Behind Leinster Property Consultants is a local team of property professionals working across estate agency, building surveying, and architectural design.
Every member of that team has played a part in helping LPC develop into the business it is today.
From helping people buy and sell homes to carrying out building surveys, BER assessments, testing and compliance services, and assisting clients with architectural and planning requirements, our aim has always been to provide professional property expertise with a personal approach. We believe property is about people, not just places, and this is reflected in everything we do.
Growing LPC While Keeping Our Values
As LPC has grown, so too has the range of clients, properties, and projects our team works with.
Our estate agency team works with buyers, sellers, homeowners, and developers across Ardee, County Louth, and surrounding areas, while our building surveying team provides services to homeowners, businesses, developers, and organisations throughout Ireland.
Alongside this, our architectural design services support clients through different stages of their property projects, from initial ideas and planning through to the technical side of bringing those plans forward.
Having these areas of expertise within the same business allows us to look at property from more than one perspective. It also reflects another of our core beliefs: property is about more than transactions and projects. It is about reassurance, progress, and dependable partnerships.
But growth for us has never simply been about becoming a bigger business.
It is about building a team people can trust, continuing to improve the services we provide, and keeping the local, personal approach that has been part of LPC from the beginning. Representing Ardee at Louth Business Awards
Being named a 2026 Louth Business Awards finalist is also an opportunity for us to proudly represent Ardee and the wider County Louth business community.
There are fantastic businesses operating throughout the county, from long-established local companies to new and growing enterprises, and we are very proud to be included among this year’s finalists.
The awards are organised by Dundalk Chamber, with Dundalk Chamber Skillnet as the main sponsor.
The winners will be announced at the Louth Business Awards Gala on Saturday, 17 October 2026 at the Fairways Hotel in Dundalk, and we are very much looking forward to joining the other finalists and businesses from across the county on the night.
